Continuing Education: Court Testimony
During this training, our presenter will offer practical guidance on approaching the witness stand, expecting the unexpected, and preparing to answer the difficult questions that may arise.
Presenter Neal Burt is the Civil Chief of the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office and has served with the District Attorney’s Office for 26 years. A licensed Texas attorney since 1989, he has devoted many years to practicing in the CPS courts of Lubbock County and to matters involving child welfare. Over the course of his service, he has represented Lubbock County in civil matters and brings significant courtroom and trial experience to his practice.
Presenter Danielle Vanderpool is an Assistant District Attorney with the Lubbock County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. She has represented the Department of Family and Protective Services for over a year and primarily handles Judge Tesch’s docket in Lubbock County Court.
