Continuing Ed: 88th Regular Legislative Session Update
Please join the Children's Commission on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. for a webinar entitled “88th Regular Legislative Session Update.”
House and Senate bills related to child welfare law will be examined, including the subject of each bill, the statutes affected, and the effective date. The presentation will explain changes in the law so that judges, attorneys, and guardians ad litem can incorporate them into practice as soon as bills become effective. Speakers will include Children's Commission Legal Representation Director Dylan Moench and Staff Attorney Aimee Corbin. 1.5 hours of MCLE credit have been requested.
Registration is limited to 500 participants and early registration is encouraged. The presentation will be archived, and materials will be available on the Children’s Commission website.
