Continuing Ed: Intersectionality and Resilience Factors for Trafficked Minority Youth
Dr. Hinton will review how the intersection of race, socioeconomic status and gender impact the experiences of trafficked youth of color. The presentation will examine historical cycles of oppression and also how youth of today have demonstrated resiliency factors despite dealing with historical and present day traumas.
