May is Mental Health Month and we want to make sure that we not only take care of our clients but ourselves as well! This month's topic is "Compassion Fatigue, Secondary Traumatic Stress and Self Care."

• Describe secondary traumatic stress and its symptoms
• Identify the consequences of not taking care of oneself
• Understand the importance of committing to the practice of self-care
