1. The drawing will be held on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. Attendance is not necessary to win.

2. As the winner, you are responsible for the taxes required by the IRS in receipt of what is considered income.

3. You understand CASA of the South Plains, Inc. has worked with known and reputable builders to have the playhouse, trailer, or storage building you won constructed, displayed, and available to win in the promotion. However, CASA of the South Plains, Inc. had no part in the design, construction, building, delivery, or setup on your property of that building.

4. Accordingly, you as the winner, agree to hold CASA of the South Plains, Inc., builders, and designers harmless and agree to release CASA of the South Plains, Inc. from any liability or potential liability related to or pertaining to the playhouse, doghouse, storage building, or trailer you have won, including but not limited to any claims of injury due to the design, construction, or materials used in the playhouse, doghouse, storage building, or trailer, or for any injuries that might be received by virtue of children, adults, or animals playing inside or around the playhouse, doghouse, storage building, or trailer once it has been placed onto your property.

5. By signing this release, you acknowledge you have had the opportunity to thoroughly inspect your Casas for CASA playhouse, doghouse, or storage building, and you acknowledge it has no visible defects, damage, or other imperfections except as to those you have specifically brought to the attention of CASA of the South Plains, Inc. prior to your execution of this document, and having given CASA of the South Plains, Inc. the opportunity to remedy the defect or damage you have identified.

6. CASA of the South Plains, Inc. will arrange for the delivery of your playhouse, doghouse, or storage building to your residence and place it on your driveway, or comparable area, if you live within a 20-mile radius of Lubbock, TX. If you live beyond that radius, you are responsible for picking up your playhouse and arranging for its delivery to your property. The designated area for your house/storage building MUST be accessible and ready for home placement prior to the day of delivery. CASA of the South Plains, Inc. is in no way responsible for the playhouse, doghouse, or storage building, and/or the setup of the playhouse, doghouse, or storage building once it has been delivered following the contest. Accordingly, you agree to hold CASA of the South Plains, Inc. harmless and release CASA of the South Plains, Inc. for any damage to the playhouse, doghouse, or storage building, or any loss, damage, or injury created by virtue of delivering or setting up of the building on your property, or the moving, relocating, or re-positioning of the playhouse, doghouse, or storage building or following its delivery to your property at the conclusion of the Casas for CASA promotion.
