We will discuss documenting In-Service/training hours, specific changes to wording when documenting contacts based off of feedback from our Texas CASA Audit (example: what counts as contact with the attorney ad litem), and uploading documents/pictures into Optima as we will transition to a paperless system. Donuts, muffins, juice, water, and coffee will be provided. Please register by Friday, June 21st.

All advocates who have 6 hours of In-Service entered into Optima and approved by Sunday, June 30th, will have one entry for a chance to win a gift card for dinner for two at Chuy's and other local restaurants! For each additional hour, Advocates will receive an additional ticket entered into the drawing. Drawing will be Monday, July 1st. All winners will be contacted by phone.
